Property Management
Hobart Historic Restoration retains ownership of all our properties and fully manages and maintains them. Typically the properties that we have owned and managed throughout Iowa and Illinois have been mixed use, but we have also successfully managed properties for others which have a specific housing focus such as student housing.
Our experience covers the full spectrum, from marketing and leasing documentation, property and tenant management, to on-going maintenance and contract management. Our staff’s goal is to discreetly and respectfully maintain others’ privacy while setting the highest standards in tenancy. Continuing education is a priority in order to ensure strict adherence to all state and federal laws.
